This was my first time putting my cat into boarding and I’m very happy I went with this place! You can be rest assured your cat will be just fine in a 3 room cat condo and an area to mingle with other cats, including a fish tank and bird cage! A casual place managed by a professional team — they even sent me updates of my cat during the duration of her stay!
A few years ago we left our prescious Boo at Cozy Cat. Best decision. They took such good care of our little handicat. Apparently he was a hit in the place and the owners daughter loved our boy. Fast forward many years later and we are finally getting to vacation (hopefully) and will book him in, if possible. Because of all kinds of issues we have cancelled all our vacations but I’m hoping this year is our year and I know he will be in great hands. Highly recommended this location.
This group was wonderful! Due to Covid-19, we could not get our yearly groomer. I called desperate for help with our long hair male cat. They took him and he is back to prancing around! And we are not drowning in cat hair! Thank you so much Cozy Cat!
Have been coming to Cozy Cat for the last 2 years, and I wouldn’t trust any other place more to take care of my cat! They send us photos and videos while we’re gone to let us know our cat is doing good, and they are extremely responsive when we have questions or if we need to pick her up earlier/later, and they are super caring. I always know my cat is in good hands and if you’re looking for a new place to board your cat, don’t look elsewhere!
Only place in the Seattle metro area where our cat came home happy and relaxed. These are really cat people and it shows. New location is a little harder to find but worth it.
We’ve used Cozy Cat a number of times now when we have to go away for 3+ weeks. It’s a relief to know that our cats are well taken care of for the long duration. The price is a bit high, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind knowing that they’re safe. Not only are they fed, but there is dedicated play time and a multiple hours of human interaction for them. They’re quite spoiled when they’re there. The staff is super friendly. They send you constant updates and pictures on how the cats are doing, and they’ve taken great care of our cats every time. Each cat will get its own cubby to live in for the duration of their stay. The cubbies are sectioned for individual cats, but there is a sliding door in between cubbies if you have multiple cats and want them to share living spaces. Each cat has access to their own food, water, and litter box, as well as enclosed and open sleeping areas. Outside of the cubbies is a larger play area. Each cat gets a turn roaming the area by themselves, while all of the other cats wait their turn safely inside their cubbies. If you have more than one cat, they’ll get to roam around together. During this time, the staff will sit with them and pet them or play with them. The building is safe and secure, and I never worry about the cats running away. To prevent the cats from escaping, there is a kind-of airlock system. There are multiple doors between where the cats can roam around and the outside world, and no two doors are opened at once. I’d recommend dropping your cats off if you’re leaving for extended periods of time. Indoor cats generally aren’t thrilled to leave the home, but Cozy Cat does a great job making them feel safe and cared for.
Always takes amazing care of my kitties. I go on vacation without a worry now.
